"The following is about the day trip on November 11.
According to the rule of a rotary, an exchange student has to pay the participation fees to a private event.
About the orientation and two travels (the ski excursion and the travel to Hiroshima) which the rotary hosts, a rotary pays all the expenses (except for a souvenir, pocket money, etc.).
You have to pay transportation expenses, food expenses, participating expense, an admission fee, etc. yourself at many events.

Since Awajishima is far from Kobe, you need many burdens of transportation expenses rather than other exchange students.
Therefore, our club decided to pay a bus fare to go outside from Awajishima for you.
The price of it is about 3500 yen in a round trip about once. Please pay the transportation expenses from the point which got off the bus.

The plan of ROTEX on November 1 is private.
A day trip requires 3000 yen as participating expense.
The transportation expenses from Sannomiya of the point to which you got off the bus require 2240 yen.
If you participate in all the events, please be ready for quite many expenses.

Incidentally as for the Himeji trip on October 14, you need the payment of 2920 yen except for the bus fare from Awaji.
